Aherlow has over ten years of experience as a trainer and facilitator in the public sector, providing well over 200 trainings in that time, including presentations at three national conferences. They have facilitated over 40 DEI-focused trainings and brave space discussions in the last two years. Aherlow incorporates music, art, breathwork and mindfulness techniques into their facilitation to create a supported space for growth. PRICING: Pricing of professional development sessions will vary based on your group size, length of session, in-person vs. virtual, preparation time needed, and how far in advance you are scheduling the training. In general, for virtual sessions, fees range from $200 - $500 per 75-minute session. For in-person sessions, travel costs and travel time will be added to the total cost. A 15% discount will be applied when multiple sessions are booked at a time. Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund for IDI assessment results debriefs and IDI coaching, you must cancel or reschedule your session within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If less than 24 hours notice is provided for cancellations or you don't show up to a scheduled session, a $20 fee will be charged and the remaining value of your scheduled session will be refunded. Training sessions need to be canceled within 48 hours to receive a full refund. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the start of the training and the remaining balance of your session will be refunded.
