General Discovery Session

Service Description

Are you looking for personal DEI supports or supports for a team you work with? Do you want to learn more about the services Just Healing can offer you? Not sure where to start? A discovery session is a great place to start. In this session, Aherlow will ask you what your DEI goals are and can help you identify a path forward that will be most impactful for you and/or your target audience. They can answer any questions you have about the services offered and there is always the possibility for creativity in designing services specific to your needs, within Aherlow's scope of expertise. Aherlow is also connected to a network of other DEI practitioners, so if they can't help you with what you need, they can make a referral to someone who can help.

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund for IDI assessment results debriefs and IDI coaching, you must cancel or reschedule your session within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If less than 24 hours notice is provided for cancellations or you don't show up to a scheduled session, a $20 fee will be charged and the remaining value of your scheduled session will be refunded. Training sessions need to be canceled within 48 hours to receive a full refund. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the start of the training and the remaining balance of your session will be refunded.
