Intercultural Development Coaching

Service Description

After completing the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assessment and coaching session (required pre-requisite), you may schedule additional intercultural development coaching sessions to provide continued support along your intercultural development journey. Aherlow will support you in completing an intercultural development plan and share additional resources and insights that align with your goals. We can work together to find strategies and solutions to existing challenges you are facing in your intercultural development. Aherlow incorporates art, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques into their coaching to create a supported space for growth. Aherlow is a firm believer that there is no "wrong" place to be in your intercultural development journey. We are where we are as a sum of our life experiences and seeking growth through the IDI and intercultural development coaching is a sign that you are engaged and ready to embark on this journey in a deeper, more intentional way. Aherlow is excited to be your compassionate and insightful guide!

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund for IDI assessment results debriefs and IDI coaching, you must cancel or reschedule your session within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If less than 24 hours notice is provided for cancellations or you don't show up to a scheduled session, a $20 fee will be charged and the remaining value of your scheduled session will be refunded. Training sessions need to be canceled within 48 hours to receive a full refund. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the start of the training and the remaining balance of your session will be refunded.
